Straight facts, no fluff

We enjoyed spacious accommodations with lovely pool access. The staff was friendly, and house cleaning was a definite perk. Just be prepared to drive for beach and dining experiences, as they aren't directly nearby. Parking was a bit tricky, so plan accordingly!

Everything nice, but maintenance issues

Here’s the good and the not-so-good

Stunning views from the pool and beach area with abundant wildlife, including manatees. The location is ideal, surrounded by restaurants and grocery stores.

Customer service was lacking, with unresponsive staff and cleanliness issues in the unit, including bugs and inadequate kitchen supplies.

The sunset views from our villa pool were breathtaking, and the nearby poolside activities created lasting family memories. Overall, a beautiful family-friendly experience.

The facilities definitely need maintenance!!! A deep clean between guests would be ideal. The beach area is barely more than a slab of concrete, not inviting at all!!!

Great beach access and air conditioning. wi-fi was spotty and appliances struggling.

We had a great stay with two king-sized bedrooms and enjoyed the spacious living area, although the pool was a bit smaller than expected from the pictures.

Enjoyed the spacious layout of the townhome, which was spotless and comfortable. The proximity to the pool and the boat slips made for easy access. We took full advantage of the sister resort's amenities, indulging in free kayaking and dining at Tides. However, the mildewy smell upstairs was off-putting, and the carpets felt damp, suggesting they need better ventilation or replacement. Additionally, the room key malfunction on our last night caused a brief inconvenience. Would gladly return despite these minor issues.

Family with children fun getaway

We had a great time, the amenities were very nice and the view was right on point. The pool was small but cozy, like sitting in your own backyard with friends.

It wasn't exactly cheap but worth the experience we had.

The place was really nice, especially the comfy room and easy check-in that made our arrival smooth. We loved lounging by the pool and walking to the beach for some sun and fun. Just wished there were more activities available, but overall, we had a great time! ☀️

Room for Improvement but Great Location

I recently enjoyed my time here, but it wasn't without its hiccups. The peaceful bay views from our room were lovely. I recommend dining at the local seafood restaurant. the fresh catch was a highlight! Just be ready for some quirks with the key system and maintenance.

We loved our stay at Islander Bayside Villas & Boatslips! The two king-sized bedrooms were perfect for our two couples, and we appreciated having two full baths in the Bayview unit. The daily housekeeping was a nice touch, and the living room and kitchen setup made it easy to enjoy coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening together.

Having to use bracelets to access the units was inconvenient.
